We take a holistic approach: supporting people through training, education, encouragement and a change of mind set to earn sustainable incomes through access to skills development and lasting work opportunities. We look to build their confidence and capacity to tackle the root causes of poverty leaving as many as possible fulfilling their potential now and in the future.
