What we do

We take a holistic approach: supporting people through training, education, encouragement and a change of mind set to earn sustainable incomes through access to skills development and lasting work opportunities. We look to build their confidence and capacity to tackle the root causes of poverty leaving as many as possible fulfilling their potential now and in the future.

We are passionate about empowering local communities to tackle poverty, injustice and inequality. We champion sustainable development led by local people who are grounded in the needs and priorities of communities we aim to help.
